We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Junior Digital Content Scheduler to manage, schedule, and optimise content across our extensive digital signage network. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about ensuring timely and engaging content delivery that meets both audience needs and business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creative problem‑solving skills and technical expertise, particularly in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This technical proficiency is essential to support the development and refinement of interactive or custom-designed content elements, helping to enhance viewer engagement and elevate the overall impact of our digital displays. In addition, the role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to work effectively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, contributing to smooth and efficient content operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Create, plan, and manage digital signage playlists and content schedules.
• Update and customise content templates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ensure all content is accurate, on brand, and delivered on time.
• Monitor network playback, troubleshoot issues, and support device or CMS-related fixes.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and IT teams to deliver high-impact visual communication.
• Maintain asset libraries and follow naming, versioning, and content standards.
Requirements:
• Experience with digital signage CMS platforms.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for content adjustments or custom widgets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple schedules.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Familiarity with multimedia formats, asset optimisation, and responsive layout principles.
Nice to Have
• Experience with graphic or motion design tools (e.g., Photoshop, After Effects).
• Knowledge of digital signage hardware and playback devices.
