Job Description

Are you a student interested in solving structural and societal challenges across the public and private sectors? We’re currently looking for analytically strong and committed junior consultants to join our Structural Transformations team.

What you’ll do

As a junior consultant in Structural Transformations, you’ll work alongside full-time consultants as an integrated member of the project team. You’ll be expected to conduct and prepare high‑quality qualitative and quantitative analyses while communicating your insights clearly, both in writing and verbally.

Your contributions will form an important foundation for decision‑making, and you’ll see how your work directly influences project outcomes, all while developing your analytical and consulting skills.

You can expect varied tasks, as illustrated by some of the recent projects junior consultants in our team have worked on, including:

• Conducting an analysis for the Danish Health Authority on illegal narcotics that informed ministerial recommendations and policy decisions
• Supporting green-transition projects through contract management, risk analysis, and evaluation of financing options
• Conducting a budget analysis of a large public authority with more than 10,000 employees to identify potential savings and prioritisation opportunities
• Preparing and facilitating strategic workshops for a client in the construction industry
• Developing and implementing a new cost model supported by quantitative data analysis and a new pricing structure for a Danish municipality
• Conducting comprehensive analyses and strategy work for a large trade union to future-proof the organisation and its value proposition

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for junior consultants with the right balance of analytical capabilities and human intelligence. You should be able to identify the right solutions while also understanding how change can be realised in complex organisations.

As a consultant, it’s important to be curious, humble, and flexible in order to navigate diverse challenges when serving clients across both the private and public sectors, so we would love it if you:

• Are passionate about helping solve the structural challenges facing our society
• Are able to balance strong academic performance with other interests and commitments
• Have solid experience from previous student jobs or other relevant experience
• Are enrolled in a relevant master’s programme in the social sciences, business, or law
• Are fluent in Danish (spoken and written), as the role involves close collaboration with Danish-speaking clients and delivery of written materials in Danish

The average weekly working hours will be approximately 20 hours. During busy periods, you must be able to commit to up to three days of work per week, while we on the other hand are flexible during your exam periods.

We hire junior consultants with the intention of offering permanent employment as a consultant after you graduate – so if you perform well, we offer excellent opportunities for permanent employment.

What we offer

As a junior consultant in the Structural Transformations team at Implement, you’ll become part of a team of approximately 70 consultants working on projects that address the structural challenges in our society.

Several of your future colleagues also started out as junior consultants, which reflects the strong opportunities for growth within the role. We place strong emphasis on your professional and personal development during your time with us by taking you through our internal junior consultant training programme and giving you the opportunity to participate in a wide range of development activities, including our own Implement University and other events focusing on community and professional growth.

On top of that, you’ll be part of a very social group of young consultants and students who meet frequently for social activities outside working hours.

The deadline for applications is 6 April 2026 at 23:59.

Please note that we expect to get back to you in week 15. Interviews can take place on 20 April, 21 April, 27 April, 28 April, 4 May, and 5 May. Please ensure you are available on these dates before applying.

We expect the start date to be 1 August 2026.

Make your next move matter.
