Ihre Aufgaben:
• Unterstützung des Teams bei der Erarbeitung optimaler Lösungen für anspruchsvolle Fragestellungen im Zusammenhang mit Unternehmensakquisitionen, Verkäufen und strategischer Beratung im Corporate Finance
• Bewerten von Unternehmen und Unternehmensanteilen
• Erstellen von Bewertungsmodellen in MS-Excel und Ableitung von Unternehmenswerten
• Analyse von Kapitalmarktdaten mit Hilfe von Informationsdatendienstleistern (z. B. Bloomberg Professional)
• Betriebswirtschaftliche Zuarbeit bei Rechtsstreitigkeiten
• Optimieren von Geschäftsprozessen unserer Mandant:innen
• Unterstützen bei Marketingmaßnahmen und Geschäftsentwicklung

Ihr Profil:
• Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master) im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit dem Schwerpunkt Finanzmanagement oder Rechnungslegung
• Erste praktische Erfahrung in den Bereichen Finanzanalyse, Unternehmensbewertung und Rechnungslegung im Rahmen der Ausbildung, von Praktika oder des Studiums wünschenswert
• Herausragende analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
• Ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
• Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
