WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You advise our customers on information security within their companies using our platform and build information security management systems (ISMS) from scratch – systems you continue to support even after implementation

You guide our customers as a trusted partner through the audit process for certifications such as ISO 27001

You support our Sales and Customer Success teams with cross- and up-selling to existing customers

You continuously help improve our InfoSec solution by providing qualified feedback to our Product team

THE QUALITIES YOU'LL NEED FOR A SUCCESSFUL CAREER AT DATAGUARD

Must-have:

Basic knowledge in IT and information security

Initial experience working with customers – ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced growth environment

A clear mind, a good heart, and the ability to work independently

You have a process- and customer-oriented mindset

You have excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English

Nice-to-have:

A degree or training in an IT-related field

Experience in the SaaS or Legal Tech space
