We are looking for a Junior Configuration Manager (m/w/d) to strengthen our team in Hamburg, Germany.

Tasks:

· Prepare technical repercussion sheets and change requests for decision and validation

· Coordinate and monitor progress on changes

· Prepare Technical Repercussion Sheets and MOD Proposal Dossiers for MOD closure

· Ensure the interface with stakeholders involved in the changes

· Prepare, organize, moderate and document meetings

Requirements:
Desired Profile:

• Engineering Degree
• 2-5 years of experience in Configuration and Aerospace sector
• Configuration Management / Change Management
• Experience in SA/LR/A350 programs
• Good Change Management Process knowledge
• Fluency in English is required, and German language would be a plus
• Good negotiation, project management, and communication skills
• Able to act as an interface with other program departments, with the Design Office, plants and FAL, Contracts, Certification and Customer Support, Software
