Let’s start with the role

Kaizen Gaming Brazil is seeking a Junior Compliance Officer to support the execution and coordination of regulatory and compliance initiatives in a highly regulated iGaming environment. This role combines project management, legal support, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and compliant delivery of regulatory requirements.

You will act as a key link between Compliance, Legal, and business teams, helping translate regulatory obligations into practical processes and structured workstreams.

As a Junior Compliance Officer, you will:

• Coordinate compliance and regulatory projects related to licensing, audits, and operational controls in Brazil

• Track timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure alignment with regulatory deadlines

• Support the translation of legal requirements into operational processes and controls

• Assist with daily compliance and paralegal tasks, including regulatory tracking and documentation management

• Act as a liaison between Compliance, Legal, Product, Tech, Operations, and external partners

• Coordinate responses to regulatory requests and audits

• Support the development and monitoring of compliance policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks

• Prepare status reports, executive summaries, and documentation for senior stakeholders

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Compliance, or a related field (legal or paralegal background is a strong advantage)

• Experience in compliance, legal operations, project management, or regulatory roles

• Experience in regulated industries such as iGaming, fintech, financial services, or Big4 environments

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail

• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance concepts

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Fluency in Portuguese and English

• Experience with Brazilian regulatory frameworks or project management certifications is a plus
