Job Description
We’re looking for a Junior Commercial Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day execution of our commercial operations while building strong industry expertise.
You’ll work closely with senior team members to support site management, data accuracy, and conversion efforts, ensuring partner placements are correctly set up and maintained. Over time, you’ll contribute to database growth and smooth partner operations, building the foundation to take ownership of these processes independently.
Responsibilities:
Support the setup of tracking, placements, and promotional offers across sites, while monitoring performance and flagging issues that impact conversion. You’ll also assist with testing and rolling out site or process improvements.
Ensure accurate and complete data capture across placements, maintaining clean and structured data within CRM and internal systems. You’ll help identify and flag any gaps or inconsistencies in data.
Support partner onboarding and day-to-day operations, acting as a first point of contact for basic queries and escalating where needed. You’ll also assist with account setup, updates, and system migrations.
Execute daily operational tasks across sales and partnerships, following established processes to ensure accuracy and consistency. You’ll also contribute to improving workflows and overall efficiency.
Use internal tools, CRM, and back-office platforms to support your work, while assisting with QA testing and system improvements. You’ll ensure all tasks are completed in line with internal policies and compliance standards.
Requirements:
Entry-level experience, relevant internships, or strong interest in Commercial or Sales Operations. WordPress experience is a plus
Interest in learning about digital funnels, conversion, and performance data
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines reliably
Proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to improve processes
Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate and ask questions
Comfortable learning CRM systems, tracking setups, and internal tools
High accuracy in site updates, data entry, and tracking
