About the Role:
Responsibilities::
•
Monitoring the alerts console, handling ServiceDesk Tickets,
•
Monitoring the health of backup jobs, Backup and Restoration test for Customer databases.
•
Performing product installation in non-prod environments.
•
Generating Periodic/adhoc reports as requested by customers/auditors.
Qualifications::
•
Any Graduation /Diploma from Computer Science background or IT
•
0~1 Year experience
•
Azure Administration certifications would be an added advantage.
•
Should be flexible to work in 24x7 shift rotations and on holidays/weekends.
•
Knowledge in administering Microsoft windows 2019/2022 servers.
•
Knowledge on managing Active Directory (AD), Azure Entra ID, SSO
•
Knowledge on applying OS patches and upgrades will be an added advantage. Upgrade administrative tools and utilities
•
Configure / add new services as necessary procedures.
•
Experience in windows IIS, SQL database installation and management.
•
Knowledge of ISO 9001& 27001 (ISMS) would add more value.
