About the Role
We are seeking a resourceful, adaptable Junior Business Systems Analyst to support bridging the gap between daily business processes into clear system requirements for our ERP, internal tools, and expanding AI initiatives. This is ideal for someone who enjoys working across systems, documenting processes, and helping implement practical solutions that improve business operations.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional position focused on systems, process improvement, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with ongoing implementation and optimization of ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite)
Collaborate across internal teams (accounting, production, operations) to understand workflows and translate them into system processes, including system setup, testing, data validation, and process improvements
Help standardize processes across departments by creating clear documentation for workflows, SOPs, and system processes and consolidating it into an internal knowledge base (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, or similar)
Help connect AI tools and automated workflows to internal systems (e.g., SharePoint, employee portals) and support testing, iteration, and rollout of AI-driven solutions
Support integration between systems (ERP, eCommerce, WMS, internal tools)
Key Qualifications
Strong problem-solver who learns quickly, works across business and technical topics, and can execute independently with minimal oversight.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with 1–4 years in a systems, IT, operations, or analyst-type role.
Capable of quickly grasping how systems connect while effectively gathering and translating operational needs into organized system workflows and clear, structured system documentation.
Familiar with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and documentation or process mapping tools.
Preferred: Experience in inventory or supply chain workflows at apparel, manufacturing, or product-based businesses
