As a (Junior) Business Analyst - Mobile Banking App (f/m/d), you will support our agile international mobile banking app team in payments area. The team creates digital finance services for Commerzbank and you will support them in developing the mobile banking app with its 2+ million users and its focus on innovation, usability, and high-quality software.

What you can do for us:
• You support the development and optimization of our product and processes in the card and payment area.
• You own the specification and implementation process of new and existing features including testing and release phase.
• You analyze technical requirements and document them in a structured way in alignment with business stakeholders at Commerzbank.
• You accompany the concept and design phase with design team and ensure the requirements are met.
• You ensure feasibility of the feature requirements together with the engineering team to enable an efficient implementation process.

What you should bring to the table:
• You have a degree in business administration or a related field of study.
• You have made first professional experience (1-2 years) in agile product management, previous mobile app development experience is a bonus but not a must have.
• You have knowledge and understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product development.
• You are interested in banking, payment processes and card products. Previous experience in this field is a bonus.
• You are a team player and experienced in working in interdisciplinary teams.
• You are characterized by strong personal responsibility, empathy, reliability and clear communication.
• To be able to communicate effectively with the team, you speak both German and English fluently.
