About the Team and Role

We’re looking for a Junior Business Operations Analyst to keep our integrations running smoothly. You’ll manage daily tasks like reconciling data with 20+ payment providers, handling inquiries from internal teams and external partners, and making sure everything stays on track—so our engineers can focus on building new integrations faster.

This role is your gateway into the fintech world. You’ll gain hands-on experience with payments, processing centers, and major partners, while shaping how we run integrations at scale. It’s a chance to grow within the BA/SA track, improve processes, and make a real impact in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

What you’ll own

• Collaboration with internal teams to resolve operational issues and maintain data consistency

• Integration improvements and rollout of new features within existing solutions

• Cross-functional collaboration with engineers in Scrum processes to achieve team goals

• Communication with partner banks’ technical support on operational and technical matters

• Implementation and optimization of operational processes to drive efficiency

You’re a great fit if you have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in analytics, programming, mathematics, or a related field

• Practical knowledge of SQL

• English proficiency at B1+ level or higher

• Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal

• Proactive attitude and readiness to take on challenges

• Understanding of software development fundamentals

Nice to have

• Practical experience with Postman

• Hands-on experience in business analysis
