What the job looks like?
The Junior Brokerage Officer will have the opportunity to:
Help Business Development and Support teams in handling trade-related queries and complaints, while resolving them in a timely and professional manner.
Handle and escalate technical issues to the relevant departments within the organization.
Work closely with the Compliance department in handling high-risk complaints.
Carry out trade surveillance, investigate irregular activity across a wide range of asset classes, and report any suspicious activities to Brokerage and Compliance departments.
Work on developing new tools to facilitate daily operations.
Prepare the required competitor analysis and market research.
Produce necessary complex reports as required by the company’s management and regulatory bodies.
Perform any additional duties and localized tasks as and when required.
What will you need to be able to do the job?
Minimum 3 years of experience in the FX & CFD environment.
College or University Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or any other related field.
Experience with MT4 and MT5.
Fluency in English, both orally and in writing.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail is critical.
Positive can-do attitude.
High level of work ethic.
Excellent team player.
It will be considered as a plus if you have:
CySEC Advanced Certificate
Experience with Exchange Traded Derivatives
