ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a well-organised and enthusiastic Junior Coordinator for Branding and Sponsorships. This is a good starting position for someone interested in marketing, events, partnerships, and building brands. The person hired will help with sponsorship tasks, manage brand materials, support campaign activities, and make sure that communication flows smoothly between our team and outside partners.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering premium brand experiences within the fast-paced iGaming environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sponsorship coordination
Help implement sponsorship agreements and fulfil partnership commitments.
Monitor contract requirements, deadlines, and sponsor benefits.
Organise branding placements across various platforms.
Assist with sponsor activities at events, campaigns, exclusive dinners.
Keep open communication with sponsors to ensure they are satisfied.
Branding support
Help maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand representation.
Coordinate production of branded materials.
Assist in reviewing marketing materials for brand compliance.
Conduct quality checks to ensure brand guideline are maintained at all events.
Support sponsorship deliverables, and last minutes branding requests.
Logistics & administration
Track budgets and assist with purchase orders and invoices.
Conduct re-search on new potential suppliers global.
Coordinate delivery of branded materials and event collateral internationally.
Provide on-site support during events, including evening and occasional weekend work.
REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years of experience in events, branding, marketing, hospitality, or related field.
Strong organizational skills and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings during events.
Problem-solving attitude.
Creative with an eye for premium experiences.
Team Player.
