We are looking for a Junior Back-end Developer.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated developer with a strong foundation in Big Data technologies to grow within a large-scale banking environment. You will focus on developing and optimizing ETL processes while working in a fast-paced Agile setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL processes using Spark and Scala.
• Work under Agile methodology, managing tasks and progress via JIRA.
• Integrate developments into deployment pipelines, ensuring high code quality through internal validation tools.
• Collaborate with the team to improve data processing efficiency and system reliability.

Technical Requirements 

• Programming: Basic knowledge of Scala and Apache Spark.
• ETL: Understanding of ETL logic and data transformation.
• Tools: Familiarity with JIRA and Agile workflows.
• Quality: Ability to integrate code into CI/CD pipelines with a focus on quality.

Nice to Have 

• Database: Knowledge of PL/SQL.
• Scheduling: Experience or familiarity with Control-M workload automation.
• Cloud: Exposure to Microsoft Azure and Azure Databricks.
