We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for public tenders, marketing, and sales to join our team at Destinus. The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in copywriting and research, with a strong ability to craft compelling proposals and strategic documents. Experience with European project applications is a significant advantage, as is expertise in contract management legislation and public tendering processes within Europe. Your role will be pivotal in driving innovative strategies that shape the future of drone technology while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maximizing the impact of our solutions in public sector projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive the tendering process and present a competitive bid.
• Act as a project manager for the tender team, which can include several engineers and internal and external suppliers, and be driving cross-collaboration towards the completion of the offer
• Derive a technical solution matching customer requirement together with the engineering team.
• Tender and sales support responsibility for the full-service portfolio which spans
• Attending conference meetings, product presentations and negotiations with customers and provide technical support and clarification as needed
• Support and identify target cost and price and the winning strategy
• Keep track of the upcoming opportunities in the tender pipeline.
• Take ownership and deliver according to deadline.
• Communicating to different stakeholders both internal and external, global as local.

Requirements:
• 3–8 years of experience in the defense or aerospace sector
• Technical or business degree.
• Tender work background or experience with export sales and commercial setups. Knowledge of the drone industry is a plus
• Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proactive, adaptable, and a team player.
