We are seeking a Junior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to support our growing analytics needs. This role will focus on building and maintaining dashboards in Amazon QuickSight, managing datasets, and working with stakeholders to deliver clear, actionable insights.

We welcome candidates with Power BI and SQL experience who are eager to learn QuickSight—prior QuickSight experience is helpful but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Amazon QuickSight

• Translate business requirements into clear and useful visualizations

• Create, manage, and optimize datasets and data sources

• Write and maintain SQL queries to support reporting and analytics needs

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across dashboards

• Partner with data engineers, analysts, and business users to refine metrics and KPIs

• Document dashboards, datasets, and data definitions for long-term maintainability

• Support users with basic troubleshooting and dashboard enhancements

• Experience building dashboards in Power BI (or similar BI tools)

• Strong working knowledge of SQL

• Understanding of data concepts such as joins, aggregations, and basic data modeling

• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Eagerness to learn Amazon QuickSight and cloud-based analytics tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Amazon QuickSight, AWS, or cloud data platforms

• Basic understanding of ETL/ELT concepts
