We are looking for a Junior Backend Developer who is motivated to grow, take on new challenges, and work with modern backend technologies in an agile environment.

Experience

• Around 2 years of experience working with backend technologies.

Required Technical Skills

• Experience building microservices-based architectures

• Strong knowledge of Java 11 or higher (Java 17 / 21 is a plus)

• Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Data

• Familiarity with JPA / Hibernate

• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational SQL databases

• Solid understanding of unit testing

Nice to Have

• Experience with TDD or BDD

• Knowledge of Continuous Integration practices

• Experience using Git / GitHub

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

Languages

• Intermediate level of English (written and spoken)

Soft Skills

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies and programming languages

• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively

• Proactive mindset and eagerness to grow professionally

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

• Or equivalent practical experience in backend development
