Junior Authentication Training Specialist

About the Team

At GOAT Group, our Authentication Operations team is essential in educating, training and supporting the Authenticators in physical and digital operations. With the partnership of the operations and retail leaders they focus on ensuring we are creating the best-in-class authenticators by providing them the tools and training they need to verify every product is accurate and authentic.

In this role, you will:

• Learn and enforce GOAT’s authentication and quality control process

• Partner with facility leadership to ensure continued training of authentication team members

• Assist with the training of authentication team members

• Track authenticators' training progress and results

• Compile training feedback and report back findings to authentication leadership

• Perform product research and draft research summaries

• Perform other research and training duties as assigned

We are looking for:

• Honest and Authentic

• 2+ years experience of relevant experience in training, recruiting, or related fields

• Strong knowledge of the secondary market

• Excellent critical thinking and decision-making

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Strong written and oral communication

• Experience creating training materials is a plus
