About the role:

his is your opportunity to kick-start your career in App Growth Marketing by gaining hands-on experience in both CRM and User Acquisition within one of Europe’s leading e-pharmacy apps. You will work closely with experienced managers, supporting execution, learning performance-driven app marketing from both retention and acquisition perspectives and building a strong foundation to grow into a specialized growth role. 

You will be part of an international App Marketing team in Berlin, directly contributing to the expansion and engagement of our app user base across multiple markets.

 

About your tasks: 

• Support the execution of app acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta and TikTok, contributing to sustainable app growth  

• Assist in the setup and optimization of CRM campaigns (push-notification, in-app, inbox) to improve retention, engagement and customer lifetime value  

• Collaborate with analytics, product and tech teams to monitor and optimize campaign performance, attribution and funnel KPIs 

• Contribute to A/B testing initiatives across creatives, audiences and messaging to identify growth opportunities 

• You progressively take ownership of app marketing projects, applying your growing app expertise to develop and execute initiatives that strengthen our app user growth 

• Help prepare app performance reports, insights and forecasts, translating data into actionable learnings 

 

About you:

• You have first professional experience in app marketing, mobile performance marketing, or app user acquisition, ideally gained within the first 2 years of your career 

• You have already worked hands-on with app marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, or TikTok

• You have exposure to Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Adjust or AppsFlyer and a basic understanding of mobile attribution and app tracking

• You bring a strong analytical mindset and are confident working with data, KPIs, and testing to support optimization and decision-making

• You are ambitious, adaptable, and eager to learn, with a proactive and collaborative approach and strong communication skills across teams

• You are business fluent in English and have good German skills
