I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Data Analysis and Interpretation:
· Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets using statistical techniques and advanced analytics tools.
· Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to uncover insights that drive business strategy and operational improvements.
2. Reporting and Dashboard Development:
· Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data insights effectively.
· Customize reports based on stakeholder requirements and ensure accessibility and usability of data visualizations.
3. Data Integration and Quality Assurance:
· Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data sets.
· Implement data quality checks and validation processes to maintain data integrity and reliability.
4. Business Intelligence Support:
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analytics and reporting solutions.
· Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting support to stakeholders, including executives, managers, and operational teams.
5. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
a. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
b. Recommend and implement data-driven strategies and initiatives to optimize business processes and achieve organizational goals.
6. Data Governance and Documentation:
· Establish data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data security standards.
· Document data analysis methodologies, report specifications, and data models for knowledge sharing and continuity.
II. QUALIFICATIONS
A. Minimum Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
B. Minimum Experience/Training
1. Experience:
· Proven experience (3+ years) in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence roles.
· Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python).
· Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets
2. Technical Skills:
· Knowledge of database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
· Familiarity with ETL processes, data modeling, and dimensional modeling techniques.
· Ability to interpret and communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
3. Soft Skills:
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with stakeholders across different levels and functions.
