The Junior Alliance Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting Hitachi Solutions’ European Alliance function, rolling up into sales and marketing, with specific emphasis on our engagement with Microsoft. 
In this role, you’ll provide operational support to the European Alliance Team in the form of different administrative and operational tasks, such as lead administration, reporting and tracking, compliance but also owning the execution of the communication flow and administration with Microsoft.  
You will become a subject matter expert on Microsoft programs and the tools to manage these processes. 
• Duration: 1-year fixed-term contract (with potential for extension)
• Working hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week
We are looking for a candidate that is open to learn and develop themselves, detail-oriented, analytical, and has excellent problem-solving abilities. 
You are excited to work in an international environment and used to working in a team.  
Additional qualifications are: 
• Proven experience working with sales systems and tools such as CRM is an advantage  
• Experienced user of Microsoft Excel 
• A track record of supporting a variety of stakeholders 
• Motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented 
• Strong problem solving and collaboration skills 
• Experience in prioritization of deliverables and tasks 
• Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization 
• Ability to work with remote teams and maintain an unwavering virtual connection presence 
• Strong written and verbal command of English
