Job Description

Since 2007, Bosch has expanded its footprint in Vietnam where it has branch offices in Hanoi and Da Nang, as well as a Powertrain Solutions plant in the Dong Nai province to manufacture pushbelts for continuously variable transmissions (CVT) in automobiles. In addition, Bosch operates Bosch Global Software Technologies Vietnam (BGSV) as well as an automotive R&D center for mobility solutions in Ho Chi Minh City. As of December 31 2023, Bosch employed approximately 6,300 associates in Vietnam. Bosch has diversified businesses in Vietnam. Today, all four Bosch business sectors, namely Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology have operations in the country. Bosch Vietnam is currently active with many business divisions: Mobility Aftermarket, Drive and Control Technology, Power Tools, Building Technology, Two-Wheeler and Powersports and Sales Original Equipment, AquaEasy, Home Appliances and Supply Chain Consulting.

• Collaborate with senior engineers and stakeholders to implement AI use cases in logistics and operations
• Build and experiment with agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen
• Integrate LLMs with APIs, internal systems, and ERPs (e.g., SAP) using REST and basic connectors
• Support development of RAG pipelines and improve retrieval quality
• Assist in connecting and deploying agents on platforms like n8n, Copilot Studio, or Databricks/Genie
• Contribute to testing, evaluation, and prompt improvements
• Help deploy AI solutions to staging/production environments

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience (internships/projects count) in AI, software engineering, or data engineering
• Solid Python skills; basic familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus
• Exposure to LLMs or AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models)
• Familiarity with at least one agent framework or orchestration tool (LangChain, LlamaIndex, n8n, etc.)
• Basic understanding of APIs, REST services, and system integrations
• Interest in RAG systems, vector databases, and prompt engineering
• Willingness to learn about deployment, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations
• Interest in supply chain/logistics or ERP systems is a plus
