Deine Mission:
Als Junior Administrator (m/w/d) liegt Dein Fokus, wie in Deiner Ausbildung gelernt, auf dem Vernetzen und Optimieren von Systemen und Anwendungen auf IT-Ebene. Du sicherst Daten gegen unerlaubte Zugriffe und vermeidest/behebst Systemausfälle.

Deine Aufgaben:
• Betrieb und Überwachung cloudbasierter Serverlösungen sowie Netzwerkkomponenten wie Switches, Firewalls und Access Points gehören zu Deinen zentralen Aufgaben
• Backups, Wiederherstellungen und Recoveries von Daten sowie virtualisierten Systemen führst Du auf Basis definierter Konzepte und Dokumentationen durch
• Auch die Durchführung von Patching, Updates und Upgrades für IT-Infrastrukturen und Applikationen fällt in Deinen Aufgabenbereich
• Im Rahmen des laufenden Betriebs unterstützt Du im User-Support sowohl im 1st- als auch im 2nd-Level und übernimmst dabei teilweise auch Hardware-nahe Tätigkeiten
• Darüber hinaus wirkst Du im Betrieb und in der Administration von Microsoft 365-Umgebungen mit

Deine Skills:
• Deine technische Ausbildung hast Du erfolgreich abgeschlossen und konntest dadurch erste praktische Erfahrungen im IT-Umfeld sammeln
• Erste Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld (Cloud und On-Premises) sowie Interesse an modernen Technologien bringst Du mit, idealerweise ergänzt durch erste Berührungspunkte mit Linux
• Probleme gehst Du strukturiert und lösungsorientiert an und hast Freude daran, technische Herausforderungen zu analysieren und zu beheben
• Dein Auftreten ist souverän und professionell, Du bist engagiert, geduldig und teamorientiert und verlierst auch in hektischen Zeiten weder Kopf noch Humor
