We are seeking a Junior Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative operations in a structured and collaborative work environment. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional capable of managing communications, organizing internal processes, and supporting bookkeeping and lead management activities. The position involves consistent interaction with internal team members and external stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and attorneys.

Requirements:
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
• Maintain and improve filing systems for efficient document management
• Provide general administrative support and assist office visitors
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications
• Maintain and update company contact lists
• Manage and organize email communications daily
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including organizing expenses and processing contractor invoices
• Perform lead management for incoming company leads

Schedule:

• Part-time / Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Eastern Time, GMT -5)
