Job Description

We’re seeking a proactive Junior AP Accountant to join our Finance team. You’ll support day-to-day accounts payable operations, ensure accurate booking of transactions, and help the team deliver month-end close activities. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your accounting skills in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

Responsibilites::
• Booking and processing bank and supplier transactions accurately and timely.

• Managing payment proposals and executing payment runs according to company policy.

• Processing invoices and supporting documents using OCR and other automation tools.

• Reconciling and analysing account balances; investigating and resolving discrepancies.

• Supporting month-end closing activities and ad-hoc reporting for the team.

• Handling finance mailbox enquiries and liaising with internal departments and suppliers.

• Assisting team members with routine AP tasks and improvements.

Requierements::
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field

• Practical experience with MS Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering).

• Good command of English and fluency in Polish.

• Eagerness to learn and develop technical accounting skills.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges.

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite) is a plus.
