We're looking for a Junior Accounting & Reporting Expert to join our team. This role offers hands-on involvement in core accounting and finance activities, including month-end close, payments, reconciliations, reporting, and audit support within a collaborative environment.

Your daily life:

Support the month-end close process, including preparation of journal entries, account and bank reconciliations, and assisting with financial reporting.

Handle accounts receivable payment closures, and manage accounts payable booking and payment settlements.

Assist during financial audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests.

Assist in monitoring and resolving discrepancies or variances in accounts.

Support the preparation and review of expense reports in the Company expense system.

What you bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Applied Economics (Master’s is a plus).

Some experience or internships in accounting or finance.

Good command of English and Bulgarian (written and spoken).

Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).

Experience with Sage Intacct or Ramp is considered an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Willingness to work in our Sofia office as needed.
