This role is responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate balance sheet reconciliations for review by senior team members, supporting Axi’s financial control framework. It plays a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial records, contributing to timely reporting, and supporting audit and broader finance activities as required.

Your EDGE Assignment/You Will

• Preparation and posting of daily and monthly journals.

• Prepare reconciliations for bank and payment service providers where Axi holds cash funds.

• Ensure reconciliation breaks are identified promptly and investigated to resolution.

• Assist with yearend financial audit.

• Assist with client money reconciliations for regulatory purposes.

• Ad hoc projects.

Are you the one?

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

• Strong attention to detail, with an interest in numbers and accuracy.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.

• Exposure to bank statements, payment service providers (PSPs), or transactional data is an advantage.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, with willingness to learn financial systems.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with guidance and support.

• Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proactive, eager-to-learn mindset.
