Your tasks:
At the beginning• Structured onboarding and knowledge building with the support of experienced colleagues
• Gradual takeover of your own areas of responsibility within the Finance team
Over time, your responsibilities will include
• Processing incoming invoices, credit card receipts and expense reports
• Independent handling of accounts payable management and invoicing
• Maintaining and managing project and client databases
• Handling internal and external inquiries related to financial matters
• Contributing to the creation of internal guidelines and presentations
• Supporting process improvements with a focus on automation and AI-powered tools
• Close collaboration with other departments, giving you insights into a data-driven marketing environment
Requirements:
• Completed commercial education (ideally HAK), ongoing studies in business, finance or economics, or initial relevant professional experience
• Some experience in finance or accounting is a plus
• Very good German and English skills
• Strong MS Office skills; experience with Google Workspace is a plus
• Interest in digital tools and openness to AI-supported ways of working (e.g. Gemini in Google Workspace)
• Experience with BMD is a plus
• Analytical mindset and good technical understanding
• Reliable, structured and detail-oriented working style with the ability to work independently

Salary:
The annual gross salary for this position starts at €35,000. Depending on your experience and qualifications, a competitive higher salary is possible. Overtime is either paid or compensated with time off – there is no all-in agreement for this role.
