Your Role:

• Allocating bank statemets;
• Booking invoices and expence sheets;
• Allocating payments;
• Involved in group and clients correspondence;
• Confirming balances;
• Offering Support on month end & year end closing activities;
• Offering Support to the finance team with other specific tasks.
• Managing monthly invoicing and preparation of invoicing reports.

 

Who You Are:

• Mandatory graduate accounting / economics profile University;
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience or in a similar role;
• Basic accounting and fiscal knowledge;
• Good Excel knowledge;
• Fluency in English (oral and written – with a minimum level of B2).
• Analytical thinking, well organized and good attention to details;
• Team oriented, enthusiastic and flexible;
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Previous experience of SAP would be an asset.
