We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Account Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our senior sales staff by managing client communications, assisting with account maintenance, and contributing to the overall customer satisfaction and retention. 

Responsibilities

• Assist the senior account team with daily client communications to ensure timely responses and issue resolution.
• Maintain and update accurate client records and sales documentation within the CRM system.
• Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports to present to clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet client needs and project deadlines.
• Help monitor client accounts for billing and payment follow-ups.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and client management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software.
