Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Account Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this entry-level role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our account management and sales activities, helping to build strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior account representatives in managing client accounts and relationships.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to client accounts.
• Support the sales team in identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
