Job Description
Polous is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our expanding team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in account management, customer engagement, and strategic business communication. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and senior representatives to ensure account satisfaction and consistent results.
Responsibilities
• Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring all needs and expectations are met
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
• Support the implementation of customized account strategies
• Conduct market research and generate client reports
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet client objectives
• Track account performance metrics and report updates to senior managers
• Resolve client concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Attend training sessions and team meetings to continuously build skills
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
