Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting a JSC Water Program Manager (3859) in Webster, TX.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater compliance programs.
• Provide technical leadership to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local water regulations.
• Support program planning, inspections, reporting, and regulatory coordination.
• Interface with program management and technical staff to ensure water program requirements are met.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Geology, Earth Science, or a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering.
• Possession of a Class D Water License.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Graduate-level education may be substituted for experience.
• United States citizenship.
Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearances requirements, US citizenship is required.
