Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting a JSC Program Manager (3855) in Webster, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall program leadership and management for environmental compliance and support services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with the Government for program execution, coordination, and performance.
• Oversee staffing, quality, scheduling, and compliance with contract requirements.
• Ensure effective communication, reporting, and issue resolution across all program areas.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or Environmental/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of related management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary environmental programs.
• United States citizenship.
