Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting a JSC Hazardous Materials / Toxic Substances / Asbestos / EPCRA Program Manager (3861) in Webster, TX.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage hazardous materials, toxic substances, asbestos, and EPCRA compliance programs.
• Ensure compliance with TSCA, EPCRA, and asbestos regulatory requirements.
• Oversee inspections, reporting, training coordination, and regulatory interfacing.
• Provide technical leadership and compliance oversight for hazardous materials programs.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Geology, Earth Science, or a related science field, or a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Graduate-level education may be substituted for experience.
• United States citizenship.
Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearances requirements, US citizenship is required.
