Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting a JSC Cultural Resources / Natural Resources / NEPA Manager (3862) in Webster, TX.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and provide technical leadership for cultural resources, natural resources, and NEPA compliance activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and NEPA.
• Support environmental planning, reviews, reporting, and coordination with regulatory agencies.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight for environmental documentation and compliance activities.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Geology, Earth Science, or a related science field, or a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
• Graduate-level education may be substituted for experience.
• United States citizenship.
Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearances requirements, US citizenship is required.
