Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting a JSC Air Program Manager (3858) in Webster, TX.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage air quality and emissions compliance programs.
• Oversee Title V permitting, compliance, and reporting activities.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local air regulations.
• Provide technical direction and regulatory interface support.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Engineering (or Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Geology, Earth Science with sufficient air program experience).
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Title V permit compliance and air quality consulting.
• Experience with TCEQ non-attainment area regulations.
• Experience with Asbestos NESHAP and ozone-depleting substance (ODS) requirements.
• United States citizenship.
Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearances requirements, US citizenship is required.
