Job Description
About Us:
DrAnsay is a fast-growing digital health marketplace connecting patients, doctors, and pharmacies across multiple product lines. Our goal is to make healthcare more accessible, digital, and user-friendly — driven by data, evidence, and real user needs.
We operate in a regulated environment, move quickly, and work in a flat, highly collaborative structure where design decisions are made close to the work.
Your Mission:
We’re looking for a Jr. UX Designer who can work across multiple products at the same time, design mobile-first experiences (web & native apps), and collaborate closely with UI designers, developers, QA, product, and research. You’re proactive, well-organized, curious, and comfortable learning continuously - including using AI as part of their daily UX workflow.
What you’ll do:
• Cross-Product UX Contribution: Support web and mobile products by designing clearly defined parts of user journeys across multiple platforms, working closely with the team lead to ensure consistency and quality.
• Mobile-First, Platform-Aware Design: Create UX solutions aligned with iOS and Android guidelines, applying platform-specific patterns and constraints while maintaining a cohesive experience.
• AI-Driven Prototyping: Use AI tools to rapidly prototype ideas, explore interaction patterns, and support early-stage concept validation.
• UX Writing & Research Support: Draft and refine UX writing and microcopy (German & English), and prepare research documentation including IDIs, usability test reports, structured insights, and clear links between findings and product decisions.
• Collaboration & Iteration: Work closely with UI designers, developers, QA, product managers, and researchers in a flat team structure; actively participate in reviews and translate user feedback into improved experiences.
• Implementation-Ready Delivery: Maintain clean, structured Figma files, use components correctly, and prepare clear, developer-friendly specifications based on the Design System.
