We are looking for Jr. Service Support Analyst in Jamestown, NC for 3+ months contract position.

Title: Jr. Service Support Analyst

Location: Jamestown, NC 27282

Duration: 3+ months

Client: Direct Client

Required Skills:

• Experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting PC hardware/software.

• Experience supporting laptops/docking stations.

• Experience with ticketing systems (i.e. Remedy).

• experience installing print devices and drivers.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, squat, run wires under/through furniture, install PC’s on desks, remove old PC’s.

Desired Skills:

• Experience creating written process documentation.

• Experience supporting enterprise level PC deployment projects in multiple locations.

• Prior PC Refresh/Deployment Project experience.
