Position Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support in estimating, planning, and managing property restoration and repair projects using Xactimate. This role is perfect for candidates with strong organizational skills and experience with construction/project workflows who want to grow their project management expertise in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating, reviewing, and updating Xactimate estimates for projects.

Manage project documentation, including scopes, photos, line items, and timelines.

Communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, and insurance adjusters to support project execution.

Track project progress and report status updates to Senior PMs.

Support scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation as needed.

Ensure estimates and project plans comply with company standards and regional cost guidelines.

Qualifications:

Experience using Xactimate or similar estimating software (required).

Basic understanding of construction or restoration project management.

Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
