• BS degree or equivalent work experience.

• Able to develop simple features with quality (features that are well understood and have been implemented similarly before)

• Ability to learn essential concepts and architectural fundamentals

• Ability to communicate and interact in a team setting and follow-up as required

• Works under close supervision of more senior engineers

• Experience designing and developing relational data models

• Understanding of query plans and expertise in query tuning, performance optimizations

• Database analytical & troubleshooting skills - preferably in Oracle

• Experience building web applications, web services – preferably in ASP.NET/C#

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
