Job Description

iScale Solutions works with technology companies to effectively scale their development, support and operations processes.

• Review functional and technical documentation
• Derive and prepare test data
• Manual execution and monitoring
• Prepare test plans, test specifications, test conditions & scripts and summary reports
• Regression testing and User Acceptance Testing / Monitoring

• At least 1 year progressive experience in Software Testing
• A good knowledge and understanding of software development, QA processes & the Testing industry
• An understanding of test techniques for Microsoft desktop applications, writing test scenarios, developing test data, developing test plans, tracking progress and completeness against a schedule release
• Experience of automated test tools for desktop applications
• Proficiency with MS Office tools
• A degree in Computer Science and/or be able to demonstrate industry experience as a software tester
• Experience of using tracking tools such as TestRail and Jira is nice to have
• Proven ability to to take direction, but work independently
• Demonstrated experience with analyzing requirements, executing and documenting tests and performing manual testing tool-driven testing scenarios
• A good level of written and spoken English
