Buscamos Jr. CS Associates con mentalidad analítica, orientación al detalle y pasión por el servicio al cliente. Esta posición es clave para garantizar la calidad y precisión de los datos que alimentan nuestros análisis de mercado, trabajando con metodologías globales y herramientas de automatización de última generación.
Serás responsable de ofrecer servicio a clientes internos y externos. El trabajo se enfocará en desarrollar coberturas de nivel 1 y 2 (utilizando el playbook global de cobertura establecido) con el fin de asegurar una entrada de datos precisa y oportuna, colaborando estrechamente con equipos internos para resolver incidencias y entregar insights de valor.
Responsabilidades
• Aplicar metodologías de NielsenIQ y el Global Coverage Playbook para desarrollar coberturas de datos precisas y oportunas.
• Validar y procesar datos de envíos de clientes, asegurando su consistencia con la información interna de NielsenIQ.
• Colaborar con el equipo local de Issue Management para resolver incidencias, prevenir errores y garantizar la calidad del análisis.
• Cumplir con indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) relacionados con calidad, tiempos de entrega y eficiencia operativa.
• Administrar múltiples bases de datos complejas, integrando información de diversas fuentes.
• Realizar análisis de datos para identificar patrones, inconsistencias y oportunidades de mejora.
• Proponer e implementar mejoras en procesos, incluyendo automatización con herramientas como Power BI, R, Python o tecnologías emergentes como IA/ML.
• Comunicar de forma clara y profesional los hallazgos y soluciones a clientes internos y externos.                                                  
 
• 6 meses a máximo 2 años de experiencia en roles similares de data insights or data analysis (indispensable)
• Dominio avanzado de Excel y macros (indispensable)
• Dominio intermedio/avanzado de Python o R (indispensable)
• Dominio del Inglés Intermedio o avanzado (B1 o B2) es un plus, pero no excluyente.
• Power BI (deseable). El conocimiento de herramientas de automatización, IA/ML será una ventaja, no obligatorio.
• Título universitario en Data Science, Estadística, Matemáticas, Economía; o Ingenieros.
• Disponibilidad de trabajar de manera híbrida en Bogotá
