WE ARE HIRING:

Corporate Lawyer

✅ Requirements

5 years of experience.

Legal experience in Mexico (experience in other countries in the region is desirable).

English proficiency.

Law degree.

Experience working in-house in a communications, entertainment, media, production company, or advertising agency.

🎯 Activities

Collaborate with internal and external business partners to support Another Company’s operations across Latin America.

Oversee the full signature process with legal representatives involved.

Contribute to document integration to increase efficiency in contract drafting and filing processes.

Provide legal support in Mexico and Latin America for communication, marketing, and advertising matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts and strategic agreements with brands and third parties.

Provide ongoing legal advice to commercial teams to ensure compliance with internal financial policies (e.g., payment terms, penalties, approvals), and assist in case of disputes or special business needs.
