In this particular role, you will primarily help your lead recruiter with interviewing and assessing candidates.
Schedule:
• Full-time hours 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM PHT, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST)
Pay Range:
• $800-$1000 monthly based on experience
Duties and Responsibilities
• Interview Candidates (remotely)
• Create and Maintain Talent Pipelines
• Conduct Candidate Assessments
• Build Relationships with Candidates
• Develop and Refine Recruitment Systems and SOPs
• Conduct phone screenings for candidates from the Philippines and LatAm
• Perform initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and communication abilities
• Evaluate candidates against role requirements and hiring criteria
• Document interview notes and screening results accurately
• Coordinate with the recruiting team on candidate status and next steps
• Maintain organized records of candidates and pipelines
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2–4 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or agency environment
• Proven track record of successfully hiring for remote roles, particularly executive assistants
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
• C2 level proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Amenable to working 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM PHT, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST)
• Experience using Notion
• Experience using Workable or other ATS platforms
Skills:
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Advanced proficiency in tools like G Suite, Notion, and ATS platforms (experience with ChatGPT is a plus)
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing and improving recruitment metrics
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and cultural sensitivity
Technical Requirements:
• Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• A modern computer or laptop with a multi-core processor (Intel i5 or higher/equivalent).
• Proficiency with remote communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Google Meet.
• A noise-canceling headset with a microphone for clear communication.
