What You’ll Do
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, piping equipment, and controls
Read blueprints and specs to plan layouts
Perform commercial and residential underground slab work
Complete work orders efficiently using our service platform (FieldPulse)
Mentor apprentices and uphold Mac Mechanical’s standards of quality
Ensure workplace and job site safety at all times
Respond to emergency calls as needed
What You Bring
Valid Arkansas driver's license required
Current Journeyman or Master Plumber license required
Strong knowledge of Arkansas plumbing and gas codes
Experience in commercial and residential underground slab work
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Proficiency with technology (iPad, mobile apps, service software)
Strong communication, decision-making, and customer service skills
Able to lift, push and/or pull 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying condition
Must pass pre-employment drug screening, background check and physical
