InPwr, Inc. is looking for experienced Journeyman Electrician (Indiana Licensed or Reciprocal State)

Key Responsibilities
Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs under general supervision
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Install, terminate, and troubleshoot feeders, control wiring, and electrical systems
Perform conduit installation and bending (Rigid, EMT, ENT)
Size wire and conduit according to specifications and code requirements
Install and terminate switchgear, panels, and electrical devices
Complete layout, underground rough-in, and preparation for installations
Troubleshoot motors, controls, and electrical systems using one-line diagrams
Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and company safety standards
Complete work orders and accurately track materials used
Install and test low-voltage systems including data and communication cabling
Safely operate tools, equipment, and machinery required for electrical work
Support and mentor apprentice electricians as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
Qualifications
Minimum 18 years of age
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Valid Journeyman Electrician license (as required by state)
Completion of OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications
Completion of required safety and equipment training
Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
Ability to distinguish wire colors accurately
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and electrical equipment
Experience operating construction equipment such as trenchers, lifts, or backhoes preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Working/ Environment/ Physical Demands Job Requires working in all elements, depending on job location, time of year (heat, cold, rain, and snow). Must be able to utilize construction site sanitary facilities (Porta-Johns). Job requires employees to have personal tools with them at all times (waist tool belt as worn- weighs approximately 30 lbs.). Work from all types of ladders (step ladders up to 14’, “A” frame ladders and all sizes of extension ladders and carry and relocate up to 12’ step ladder by oneself.)
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull, and reach overhead.
Lift 51 pounds.
Constantly moving your feet.
Climb ladders (all types).
Completing overhead work for full-day assignments.
Must be able to make transition from employee parking area or street into construction work areas and to gain access to all levels of building even if the only means of access is by OSHA approved site construction ladder or stairs still under construction but acceptable for use.
Possess good vision (normal or corrected).
Responsible for securing tools and materials from storage areas to complete their assigned tasks.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen.
