About the Role

At Svensk Fastighetsförmedling Tenerife, we aim to deliver exceptional service and results for our clients. Depending on your role, you’ll contribute to either the sales process or listing management while helping us grow our presence on the island.

Key Responsibilities for Sales Agents:

Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers.
Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored solutions.
Present and showcase properties professionally.
Guide clients through the entire buying process, from first contact to closing the deal.

Key Responsibilities for Listing Agents:

Identify and secure new property listings.
Advise property owners on pricing and marketing strategies.
Create compelling property presentations and manage marketing efforts.
Collaborate with the sales team to match listings with potential buyers.

Both roles require a focus on high-quality service and a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities.

About You

We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
Solid knowledge of Tenerife and its real estate market.
A valid driver’s license.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in sales, real estate, or customer service.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Additional language skills are a plus!
