• Hands-on leaders with with a proven track record of driving focus, alignment and execution in a fast-moving environment Seasoned DevOps engineers who want to lead and shape the direction of DevOps at Gearset.

• Someone that prefers working collaboratively - we work closely with various internal teams to evolve and optimise our systems.
• Someone comfortable running production-level SaaS applications at scale, performing change management without disruption to users and responding to incidents that impact the availability of the service for users
• Someone that’s experienced working with AWS and production level services in Kubernetes (in particular, VPC networking and security, IAM, EC2, Postgres RDS, S3, SQS, SNS, ECR and EKS).
