What We Look For

While we don’t have an active opening right now, here are some of the key skills we typically seek in our Business Architects: We are open to different levels, so whether you're just starting out or you're already quite senior, we’d love to hear from you😉

✅ 1+ year of experience in a similar role, preferably in Operations, Engineering, Product within a tech company
✅ Data analysis & visualization skills, with experience using SQL (Advanced) and Python (nice to have)
✅ Ability to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency
✅ Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
✅ A self-starter mindset—proactive and organized in tackling projects
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (most communication at Klar happens in English)
✅ A collaborative spirit—we thrive on teamwork and shared success!
